This is a very special collaboration of somatic movement, pranayama, conscious connected breathwork and relaxation.
Begin by exploring your current internal system through curious breath and gentle physical tuning. We then travel deeper into the body to notice pockets of tension or congestion and apply longer holds through Yin postures.
Danielle will then facilitate Conscious Connected Breath.
Conscious Connected breathwork is a self empowering practice which awakens us to our highest potential. It clears the path for us to actualise the lives we want to live and express.
It allows us to release emotional blockages, process trauma, and move past negative thinking patterns and behaviours.
Through surrender and relaxation of the exhalation, the heart opens and receives the infinite wisdom and healing power hidden within the breath.
Your relaxation will complete with savasana and sound experience.
This is a deeply healing practice and as such we only hold space for 10 people x
