Our Studio

Situated in old Gatehead Mill, our spaces have a boat load of character. Studio 1 is an airy & bright space where we hold the majority of our yoga and aerial classes. It is also equipped with infrared remote heating panels for that warm or hot flow we love, whilst Studio 2 is a cocooned space for smaller groups or workshops.

We have a home from home kitchen - keeping you stocked with fresh juices and kombucha, as well as a studio shop with boho gifts and hand-poured candles. If you weren’t feeling blissed out enough after a class then we can send you home with some feel good treats too!
