The Cacao will allow you time to 
reconnect with your heart, your creative 
wisdom, and allow a safe space for 
introspection as we head into 2022 on 
the new moon in Capricorn. 

Throughout the ceremony you will be 
guided through a grounding 
meditation, followed by a 1 hour 
immersive sound healing experience 
with Tony, journalling, movement, 
mantras, intention setting, and sharing 
circle all with the added help of Mama 
Cacao.
